Return Policy

You made a mistake when ordering and you want to change, Urban Wheelers allows you to return the products for exchange or refund within 14 days.

To do this, it is very simple, you just need to send your request through our contact form or directly by mail(contact@urban-wheelers.com) specifying your order number and the product(s) concerned. You then specify whether you want another product in replacement or a refund.

You will then receive the return procedure (in the majority of cases, we work with Mondial Relay for the returns in order to reduce the shipping costs which are charged to the customer).

In the case of an exchange, if the price of the exchanged product is different from the product ordered, a refund or a discount on a future purchase will be offered according to your choice.

In accordance with Articles L.121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Urban Wheelers will refund the price of the item(s) you are returning, provided that if you are returning an item that is part of a larger order, Urban Wheelers will refund the price corresponding to the returned item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of personalized products.

Send us a message with photographs of the product concerned highlighting the problem found, as well as the package received. Depending on your choice, we will send you a similar replacement item or issue a refund.

If a refund is necessary we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to return the product and after receipt of the returned product(s). The refund will be made by the same payment method you used for your purchase. However, another method of payment can be used after your agreement and without any additional cost to you.
